　MIRAPRO has gained and follows the certification ISO9001 standard and continuing to improve and maintain our quality by setting internal quality standard for our products.
For our Welded Bellows, to assure the cycle life affected by metal fatigue, Mirapro is developing quality control system for material properties with our suppliers and managing several welding parameters with statistical method to stabilize its quality.
By proactively promoting factory automation with cooperation by our skilled members to eliminate the quality issues caused by human factor, Mirapro is improving its productivity.
Additionally, in order to achieve objective verification of the manufacturing process, Mirapro has installed advanced analytical instruments. With the management from skilled members point of view and by using micro and macro approaches by metal, material and welding engineering, Mirapro has led to more reliable quality assurance.

Environment Management System

By systematizing the reduction of environment load by business activities which is the important task of the company, Mirapro has been certified ISO14001.
Mirapro is always complying with laws and regulations related to business activities and continuously developing the technologies to reduce environment load.
Mirapro continues the challenge of reducing environmental load overall by quality control and yield product improvement with technology innovation, optimizing raw material and size at procurement and streamline and establishing efficiency on manufacturing line and reducing energy consumption
Additionally, Mirapro has started self-sufficient in their own energy with the introduction of photovoltaic power systems at some of factories’ production lines.
