Mirapro offers welded bellows used under ultra-high vacuum environments. Integrating high elasticity, springproperty, air tightness and cleanness, our bellows contributes to production of IT products such as semiconductor manufacturing. We have established our unique design method applying FEA. Also, we have analyzed fatigue characteristics obtained from thousands of endurance test, and feedback the result to our new development, leading to the fast development speed. Welded bellows is required to have high welding quality because welding area will receive repeated stress. We have automated the welding process of thin diaphragm to reduce human errors, and secured cleanness by manufacture inside clean room. What is more, 100% leak inspection is conducted because bellows are critical parts used for a working part of equipment. Mirapro responds to a request such as space saving and improving functions, and we design not only bellows itself, but also module including bellows.
